Treatment Package - COMING SOON
This specially designed treatment package aims to cleanse, restore and rejuvenate your body's energy system and is tailored specifically to you and your needs. It is a wonderful treatment to kick start a healing journey, especially following big life events such as moving into a new career, before/after starting a family, following a relationship breakdown, before manifesting or just whenever you feel you need a fresh start in life. Our Release, Restore and Regenerate package uses a variety of energy healing methods and techniques and just like a detox diet is good for your physical body, our sessions can be seen as somewhat of an energetic 'detox' for your mind, soul and spirit. By encompassing a range of energy healing practices, we promote healing at a deep level.
The sessions have a cumulative effect, with each session building upon the previous one. Each session serves a particular purpose:

Session 1 - Release
Your first session includes time with your therapist to discuss any problems or areas of your life that have caused you any emotional conflict or pain, as well as your aims for the sessions (around 15 minutes). Inflictions of the emotional body can have a profound impact on you both physically and mentally. You may have been dealing with symptoms of anxiety or low mood or just a general sense of dis-ease. Working through these beforehand with your therapist (if you feel comfortable) enables you to bring awareness to areas of you life that possibly need to be released, before you feel able to move forward. It may also be that there aren't any particular areas of your life that are troubling you and you just wish to benefit from the healing that this treatment provides and this is absolutely fine.
We can then set out a plan for the rest of the session and your future sessions to ensure you get the most out of the package. During the rest of your first session, your therapist will carry out a cleansing ritual using a range of smudging tools and sound therapy, followed by some gentle Reiki and crystal healing.

Session 2 - Restore
At the beginning of your second session, your therapist will revisit ​your aims from the first session to ensure that the healing given at your second session remains in alignment. Your second session is all about restoring your energy system to an optimum level and bolstering it further so that you're ready to take on new challenges going forward.
Your therapist will use Reiki healing, as well as crystal placements along the chakra points, concentrating on any chakras that may be blocked or holding stagnant energy, as well as areas in your auric field that have been weakened. They will work to repair these weak areas using a variety of healing tools and Reiki healing energy.
By the end of this second session you should be feeling a much deeper sense of calm but also a revived sense of spirit.

Session 3: Rejuvenate
To start your final session, there will be time to discuss your thoughts and feelings following your previous sessions and your intention for this third and final session.
The final session will concentrate on renewing your mind, body and spirit so you can move forward and onto new experiences with a revived and renewed sense of purpose, confidence and clarity.
During this session you will listen to a guided meditation, designed to instil confidence and a sense of personal power. Whilst you are relaxing, your therapist will use Reiki healing and crystal healing, particularly concentrating on your Solar Plexus chakra - your seat of personal power - in order to restore it back to full energetic health so that you can forge your way forward with confidence, a renewed sense of purpose and ready to manifest your desires.
