Signature Energy Flow Treatment
Our signature 'Energy Flow' session is a unique and specially curated treatment devised by us to encompass several energy healing concepts into one beautifully relaxing treatment. We aim to restore energy flow throughout the body by using traditional Reiki healing methods, crystal therapy and sound therapy. Each element of the therapy works in harmony with the other and has a culminative effect. This offers a relaxing but stimulating multi-sensory experience.

We start by assessing your chakras to help identify those which may be out of balance. We then cleanse your aura with specially selected smudging materials such as white sage, Palo Santo and Sweetgrass. Smudging your aura will help to shift and remove any negative energies that have penetrated your auric field and which may be affecting your energy. Following this we use a quartz crystal singing bowl which has been specially attuned to match the vibrational frequency of the Heart Chakra. The singing bowl is passed around your body and along your energy centres which allows the sound to penetrate any energy blocks within these areas, which in turn helps to unblock stagnant energy and effectively cleanse these areas. Following this, we then move onto the use of traditional Reiki healing, concentrating on the individual chakra points along the body. Finally, we then incorporate crystal therapy which uses crystals placed strategically on the body's chakra points in order to bring the energy body back into alignment. The crystals we select for use in your treatment will be individually picked according to your needs. Whilst you continue to relax, we will work to repair any areas within your aura which may have become compromised, causing energy to 'leak'. Any fragile areas within your auric field can also allow negative energy to enter and effectively get stuck there. In both of these instances, this can contribute to low mood, low energy levels and general sense of unease and imbalance. By repairing any compromised areas within your electro-magnetic field, this allows the new energy that is flowing through to be maintained.
This gentle but effective treatment can be particularly beneficial for those suffering with anxiety and depression and is great for those times when you're feeling stuck or following a difficult period in your life where you feel unable to move forward.
